MOJE. is built on years of experience working on global brands, where I often experienced the same issue, a brief based on an unclear strategy or prepared without meaningful insights, or without understanding the regional market circumstances. Inevitably leading to lengthy, ineffective projects disconnected from real business goals.

Talking to small businesses and entrepreneurs, I often see a well-defined marketing plan is more of an afterthought, rather than part of the core business plan. Effective marketing goes far beyond posting nice content on social media. To sustain growth, marketing efforts need to be structured, intentional, and aligned with the bigger picture.
